This workshop will be led by Dale Thomas, founder of ActionableOps.com, and Alan Landever of Landever.ai. With their combined expertise, they’ve helped small businesses simplify their work and focus on what really matters.
- Dale Thomas will demonstrate how voice AI can support you with tasks like answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling customer service more efficiently. He’ll share examples and show how these tools work in real life, giving you ideas to try for yourself.
- Alan Landever will introduce you to ChatGPT and how it can assist with writing emails, answering common questions, and managing small but time-consuming tasks. He’ll also explain how no-code chatbots work and share free resources for those who want to explore further.
