Leawood's Celebration in the Park

Time to light up the sky with the best fireworks in the Metro! Spend your 4th of July at Leawood City Park! Enjoy FREE activities for all ages, like mechanical bull rides, rock climbing, inflatables, face painting, caricatures, and more! We'll also have live music, food trucks, and of course, FIREWORKS!

• The Leawood Aquatic Center will be open from 12-6 p.m.
• Food trucks and activities start at 6 p.m.
• Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:45 p.m.

Free shuttles will operate throughout the event to transport guests from the Leawood Police Department and the American Academy of Physicians to Leawood City Park.
