BODY20 Lenexa City Center has recently relocated and is inviting the community to a Valentine-themed open house, Love Your Strength by BODY20, on February 11 from 4–7 PM. BODY20 is a technology-powered strength and endurance studio offering coach-guided, 20-minute workouts that use Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to accelerate muscle activation—without heavy weights, joint strain, or long hours in the gym.

Hosted in partnership with Mix 93.3, the event includes a live radio remote with Mix 93.3 and marks the final opportunity to enter to win a one-year BODY20 membership. Guests are welcome to tour the studio, learn how EMS training works, and see live demonstrations throughout the evening at the newly relocated Lenexa City Center location. Plus, be entered to win a $100 gift card to a local restaurant (to be announced at the event), just in time for Valentine's Day!
