Sano Growth: Adding General Surgery and Bariatric Surgery
Sano Specialty Care, an innovative specialty healthcare practice with a mission to improve health outcomes in the Kansas City community, is thrilled to introduce its new General Surgery service offerings.
Since its establishment in 2016, Sano has revolutionized musculoskeletal care delivery in Kansas City. The Sano team is committed to providing individualized and compassionate care that fosters healing and wellness.
In 2023, Sano expanded its services to include vascular and vein care. As a truly multi-specialty practice starting October 1st, Sano will offer comprehensive general surgery care, providing tailored treatment plans that combine the most trusted and innovative surgical techniques. With the addition of 6 board-certified surgeons, specialty areas will include trauma surgery, acute care surgery, weight loss surgery, breast cancer surgery, wound care, and more.
Dr. Matt Daggett, President of Sano, states, “As we welcome general surgery into our specialty care practice, we are excited about the future. The addition of these great physicians strengthens our mission to improve the health of our community and marks a new chapter in our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional, patient-centered care. We look forward to the benefits it will bring to the whole-person health of our individual patients and our entire community by extension.”
